Account issue with log in

Hi all, I keep getting a error code of 11:1001:2:1524 when i log into the launcher, I can log into the forum my account on web and the support account yet not into the launcher, I have submitted a ticket but all i keep getting is reset password, I must have changed it atleast 5 times already that is not the problem and I know all my log in details are right.

Any idea what it could be?
