account hacked...havent played since release!

This is ridiculous…60 bucks basically wasted because i (and many others it seems) are either hacked or suspected of hacked or w/e it may be and our accounts are suspended. i played for 2 days TWO DAYS! before my account was apparently suspended. i couldnt get around to putting in any type of ticket because i had to focus on end of the quarter projects. thats been 2 weeks just about now and my account is still suspended….and a company that doesnt even have a support call line so we have to rely on an email that is clearly taking forever…we shouldnt have to wait for our tickets to go past 5 days unanswered especially if we’ve done the account verification…updated our password and still nothing. i dont get much time to play during the school quarter and now that i’m on break i want to play the game i PAID for. so please…look into my account
