Account hacked/ permanently banned

Hello, my girlfriend is having some problems with the game, she was hacked a few days ago, she filed a complaint to gw2 suport because she couldnt log in , the staff gave her back her access , then she noticed all her gear and valubales were missing , the next day she tried to log in only to find out she was permanently banned . What can we do to prove she was not involved. The hacker changed her game password her e-mail account password and disabled her ip authentification. Please we really need someone to understand that it wasnt her. Thank you in advance for any help provided.

This happens from time to time. What happens is someone hacks an account and then uses it for bad stuff (advertising gold sales, hacking more accounts, etc.) When the real owner regains access, the account may still have been flagged for closure.
