Account Hacked Lead of Support ignores me

My Account got hacked on 2.6. I had a very long ticket until I spoke with the lead of the support Madi Walker.
He just ignores my tickets now and nothing gets done. Is this how the lead of the suppport should handle a ticket?

I am really disappointed and cant play the game at all because my account doesnt get restored.
