Hey everyone I was just curious as to how long this process takes? I got hacked late Sunday night and the hacker has changed my info so the first thing I did was email them. I didn’t even think about making a ticket cause I figured I could just email them, however I don’t believe it works that way? not sure lol. Anyways I know they are very busy dealing with hacked accounts and I need to wait my turn just like everyone else but was just curious how long it might take on average? I saw a post that someone made in someone else’s thread that stated it only takes 48 hours but I think it takes a bit longer. Anyways I’ll keep you guys updated as to when mine gets resolved
Post and tell me how long yours took so I’ll know what to expect.
