Account Hacked and Gold from guild Stolen

So a Officer from my Guild got hacked and the hacker took all our money (around 100g from the guild bank and more 100g from the account hacked) my question is, can the gold be “refunded” to the guild and to the account in question?

i have screenshot with the time and the gold stolen from the guild

He already did a ticket in the support section.

The Account Restoration Tool will not impact guild banks, and we do not have the capacity to restore them.

The ART is not yet live, but is coming soon, and in this case, it would be useful in restoring the guild officer’s personal account.
