Can i please get a status on my sons account. It was hacked and his Guild Wars 1 account was also stolen. It seems like you need to just roll back everything by two or three weeks and never accept requests to change an email address without verification.

How long do we need to wait? I got an email to upgrade my account today. I wonder how much revenue you are losing due to these hacks? I may have upgraded before but it will take some time and effort for you to regain my confidence. I do like the game and I hope this is resolved in the next day or two.
