Account: Can't change password

Hi,
I have issues with the password changing.
I haven’t been around long time. The game forces me to change my password, because some policy has been changed.
There is a issue when I try to change the password – every time appear a error message that the New/Confirm password boxes are not matching. I have tried with Chrome and IE – no success.
Please assist.
