Account Banned because sent X'mas gift?

Dear Sir,

I heard from Phyrexian Lord said that, his account banned due to admin suspect him on trading selling/buying issue.
Please kindly find screenshot I had received from him, the 2 charged core i have collected, but i never pay him any.
Greatly appreciate if u can release his account to him. He is very helpful person. Thnx

Ayrion, we understand that you want to help the user out but posting in this fashion in the forums does not really speed up the process. Once his account has been studied by Customer Support will be released if he is found innocent.
