Accidently bought armor

I was previewing armor in the Priory. Accidentally bought the heavy armor chest on my Elementalist because my mouse sometimes doubleclicks. I tried to re-sell it to the vendor but i couldn’t. Wrote a support ticket if ArenaNet could help me but they could do nothing about it, they said. Just lost 1g and 80 silver because you can’t re-sell items you buy from vendors. Really bad system…

Anyone have had the same problems?

Yes, there are other players like you who accidentally bought items that they did not need. In these cases, I am afraid, Customer Support does not do refunds as the purchase was the player´s mistake and not something created or cause by a bug or internal error. In this respect, some players have already suggested a double-click security system when purchasing in the Suggestion subforum.
