Hi,
My brother’s account was hacked 9/9/12. Reference# 120909-006885
The ticket title was set to Access Restored 9/13/12.
Using the information given does not allow him to log in to the game or the gw2 website. Instead it still says “The email adress you entered was not found.”
Was hoping someone would change the title of the ticket so it can be prioritzed appropriately. I fear as it is now it wont be looked into. Or better yet, since it was our turn to get support maybe have it looked into again without being put at the end of the line. :} Thank you.
