I saw topic about character name change, but that topic is closed and its about month old
So i want to know is there any news about this, when is this possible?

Is it safe to assume that it would go live with one of the big monthly update patches or is this something that could go live whenever it is ready?
Oh I would imagine it would be in one of the normal updates.

It is probable that we will not offer changes to the Display Name. If we do, it is some time distant.
Character names are coming relatively soon.
