A strong suggestion to all... (Gem store)

Hey guys,

In regards to the gem store all I can say is BEWARE! It seems like hit or miss with it. I sank 55 dollars extra down on this game and have gotten completely unacceptable results. Clearly I’m not the first nor the last. I started out buying the digital deluxe upgrade (which is 30 extra verses 20 if I would have bought the game that way) on on my account (only for the summon mistfire wolf spell) as I hit 30. However It wouldn’t and still wont let me access that skill on my character (who is now 80). Thinking this must be a bug I submitted a report and moved on with my life. I did receive the other items in the mail as expected. Then later decided I wanted the pirate costume (who wouldn’t want to be a charr pirate, right!?) so I again purchased the gems with US currency (you know money) and bought the costume. However to my surprise I did not receive it in the mail. Thinking that was just a bug I tried buying something else and did not receive it either. So naturally I sent out a support ticked again (which keep in mind I still have not received a email back about my other ticket yet which was going on 3 days). Now its 12 days since I sent out my tickets and have receive no support, I have receive two responses one telling my I wont get a response for a unknown amount of time and another that felt like they were toying with me asking me if I had received my items. Then I noticed 2 days ago they merged my tickets but did not respond to either.

In conclusion I would highly recommend not using the in game store as its a gamble if your going to get what you paid for and good luck trying to get support if you don’t, It almost feels like fraud at this point. However there is a silver lining to all of this, The game is hella awesome. But I don’t think I will ever be using the in game store ever again.

The OP’s issue is resolved. After clearing out in-game mailbox, they received their items. Note: we actually did message this on the forums. Anyway, I’m closing out this thread. Thanks.
