Dear readers,

Ever since I updated my W7 64 bit to SP1 the game stopped working.
I get the “A serieus error has occured” message right after downloading some files at the startup (I dont get to see the actual launcher and play button) at both installed game + installer .exe files.

@Legitemy – I am thinking this is either your driver that’s crashing or DirectX. Have you submitted a support ticket yet? If not I would highly recommend creating a support ticket so that we can address your issue one on one because some of the steps that we may ask you to try or diagnostic information we may need to ask for we do not necessarily want to post publicly.

Once you’ve done this, please reply to the thread with your ticket number and we can take it from there.

Thanks Legitemy. We’ll have one of our Technical Support reps address your issue as soon as they can!
