"A Future In Politics" Not working.

Kiel and Magnus are not saying anything, and the map tells me I’m in Dredgehaunt Cliffs, when I’m obviously in LA. The instance has no borders, you have your own private LA without NPCs.

TL;DR:
Instance not working at all.
