A friend "lost" his account

So a friend of mine hasnt played gw2 in a while, he wants to start playing again, but when he tried to log in it says “Please check your e-mail. A link is included which will allow you to authenticate this login attempt.” But another problem, his email has been blocked too lol

just wondering if there is anyway he can resolve this?

Please have him contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will probably be able to assist him if he is the owner of the account in questions.
