Here are a few audio bugs I have experienced during gameplay:
- Alarm – This is nonstop, is not controlled by audio settings, and is not fixable without restarting the game. It is played at full volume and even when GW2 is muted in background.
- Hammer – This is random and seems like a notification, but has no meaning. It also plays full volume, even when GW2 is muted in background. It is not constant, and the timing seems random.
- Running Water – When in water combat, there was a audio effect of running water, supposed to sound like splashing, that was played at full volume. I believe it mutes while GW2 is in background.
If anyone can add to this list, post some details.
