My friend talk me into Guild War 2 3 days ago, first time was fun, then second day I get suspended, third day I got an answer says my account is closed and ineligible to reopen and my credit card is blocked from system

Tonight when I try to login game, I got a message said my account is suspended for an account issue. My friend talk me into this game yesterday,and today I got suspended? How can I possibly get suspended?

Your purchase for Guild Wars 2 was voided as a result of being found too high risk to accept. The purchase attempt displayed characteristics that are currently found in <strong>numerous fraudulent transactions</strong>. As a result of the canceled and voided transaction, the account where the Guild Wars 2 Serial Code was used was closed and the credit card used in the transaction was blocked from use in our system. The account is not eligible to be reopened.
Unfortunately, the account whose purchase was voided has been permanently closed and is not eligible to be reopened. <strong>Further replies regarding this account or issue may not receive a response.</strong>

I am extremely disappointed for 2 things
1. the moment you suspended my access to game, you also suspended my access to this forum, so I cant ask any information, but to write a ticket, since you don’t have a phone number or web chat, It’s really really frustrating.
2. you closed my account because I have numerous fraudulent transactions which I called my bank and they said nothing is wrong with my card transaction, so on what ground you charge me with this serious crime? The thing really made me from disappoint to mad is your last sentence <strong>“Further replies regarding this account or issue may not receive a response”</strong>, what do you suggest me to do when there is no Phone Number or Web chat if you do not response the ticket?
I’m a honest customer, I’ve never had any problem shopping online until this. The only reason I can make this topic is because I bought another account from Amazon, not to play of course, but to address this matter in public, so it gets your attention, after all its the only way to reach you since you do not give further response.
