Dear Pvp Community,

I’m Iisey from Desolation Eu, I’ve decided that I want to help newer players/teams getting into PvP, help them to get a better understanding of the game mode Conquest and how to play it correctly.
As well as the things you should consider when building up a new team, such as team comps, communication and psychological aspects.

-How will this work?
All you will need to do is have a full roster of 5 people, and 1 of them streaming so I can follow the games and afterwards we will talk about it.
We will discuss mistakes, rotations, comps, maps, team play and so forth. It will be required to accept constructive criticism and the willingness to improve.
I will not act like your teacher or something, we will just have open discussions about basically anything game (PvP) related that you guys want, also I will adapt to your expectations.
That means, if a roster of 5 people that have hardly touched PvP, but they are still interested to get started, we can start with the basics and move forward from there.
Same goes for advanced teams, I’m sure any kind of team can just benefit from this. If you can’t stream, but you have the option to record your games, we can do it that way too.
I will try to bring another Player with me every time, to make sure you guys hear different opinions and to connect you with experienced players on specific classes.

Players I have already asked to help me with this: Misha Thinhat, Shh Shad Shh, Níah, Karsaib, Mr Maylo, Fake, Polyphi, Xerrex .. Still looking for more.

-Why am I doing this?
I’m currently having health problems with my hands – so I couldn’t play actively for the past months and I still have a long way to go until full recovery.
Since I have left the game, I’m still constantly trying to improve myself as a tactician and to focus on all things I can get better at without using my hands much -
It might sound weird, but I actually learned a lot by not being able to play but still leading a PvP team, it made me understand other points of views better, and gave me a much deeper understanding of how important the right mentality is when playing games.
I defiantly want to share those experiences.
So since I’m still recovering I have a lot of time to invest into this. I’m doing this to help the community, mostly because I see such a huge lack of information that newer players Would need to REALLY understand conquest without giving up on it. Also I’m doing this because it’s a lot of fun for me and I want to learn from the experience.

-Who am I even, what qualifies me to do this?
like I said my name is iisey [eazay] In game: Y Iisey Y and I’m the leader of Fifty Five Hp Monks [ELE] / Who Gets Carried Hard [shad]. Before I left the game ~5months ago, I was responsible for most tactics/comps, nowadays I still have huge influence on their strategies and I’m making sure to keep everything together and that we as a team are permanently working on improvements.
When playing, I was systematically learning my way through all classes – their possible builds and their roles in PvP.
Therefore I have ~13.5k Pvp Games shared on all classes. 5.5k ele games and 1k + games on every other profession. 50% games are Tpvp the rest HJ.
I’m here since the first open Beta and I never left – so while spending (without afk time) roughly 6k hours in PvP I learned a couple important things, that I want to share.

You can expect that I will do almost anything I can to support your Team and to make sure you guys have a better time starting out as a team but I can only help if you guys are up for it.

If you need more information and you are interested, just whisper Karsaib (Karsaib.9475) ingame or leave him a mail, we will respond as soon as possible. I know streaming might be an issue, so if you have any other ideas please let me know.
I’m doing this currently just for EU, but in case NA people are interested as well, I have an NA account.

Lisey, I’m very sorry to hear about your condition. I have friends suffering from fibromyalgia and young members of my family who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. From them I know how difficult it is to have pain that keeps you away from something that you really enjoy. I wish you a speedy recovery in whatever it is that is ailing you.

I really admire what you are doing for the community. A few players now have told me that they received coaching like this and it helped them go on to be highly competitive. This more than anything is what really drives a community forward. Thank you for doing it.

Just wanted to mirror what John said. I too have friends with fibromyalgia, and struggle with my own issues from playing sports when I was younger.

Hoping you have a healthy recovery, and thanks for being such a positive driving force in the community!

Will be making a note to promote this next week as well.
