This is getting very annoying to me. Every time my brother and I decided to make a legendary or help someone in the guild to make one, we get banned for transfer gold/materials through either the guild bank or by mail even if it’s for people we know for ages and our alt accounts. Anet needs find a better solution to identify the players from the actual gold sellers/rmters. My brother account gets ban like every other month for the same reason.

Please check these 2 tickets since their accounts aren’t allow to post on the forum as soon as the ban messaged poped up.

I am sorry about both of these situations. But please give the team some time to resolve the matter, and please do not submit additional tickets (unkitten th of you are suspended, in which can you both need to appeal). The issue happened today, and I believe it will be resolved within 24 hours.
