I have 3 charges on my Paypal, (59.99, 79.99, and 79.99) which I did not authorize. The source is NC Interactive, Inc. I have not purchased anything from NCSoft with my Paypal, ever. I opened a claim with Paypal to dispute them, so now where do I go from here? I don’t have an account on ncsoft.com, just here on guildwars2.com.

All payments for Gems or buying the game digitally from us go through the NCSOFT billing system. If of course you haven’t purchased either Gems or the game digitally from us, then please contact our support team at your earliest possible convenience. If a mistake has been made (or they are the result of a hacked account) we will happily process a refund through PayPal for you.

Do not start a chargeback through PayPal prior to getting a response to your Support ticket with us, as this will cause an adverse affect on your game account!

I am sorry for this situation. I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
