Hi! I’ve been hacked and my items were stolen! I’ve sent 3 tickets already and still NO ANSWER! I’m sending the 4th ticket now…. Please respond to this Anet!

If anyone has questions, or feels s/he needs to add info or follow up on a ticket, we always suggest updating the ticket, to avoid creating new ones which truly do slow down response time.

To update a ticket, just respond to an e-mail in the ticket thread (usually the latest one, but any are ok) with the ticket number in the subject line. That will allow you to add info, ask a question, etc.
