22095:Cannot purchase gems - again

It’s been 5 days since i made this ticket – somebody got back to me and said it would be resolved and that someone else would be in touch. Nobody has written any emails since.
I would really like this to get resolved – I’ve got some gems to buy and an armor set to get.

I replied to the initial support email asking about any progress 2 days ago and go no reply.

Anyone know what’s going on?
