100% Monthly Achieves But No Reward

I’ve done 100% of the required monthly achievements, as shown in the screenshot below. I have infact done five out of the four required, yet I have not received any reward or even a notification whatsoever.

I have submitted an ingame ticket, although as it says they do not respond to individual reports I figured I’d have to make a thread here. Hopefully I can get this resolved as completing the monthly achievements is rather time consuming, and missing out on 10 laurels is quite a loss.

We do not have the tools that allow us to give you the reward. It’s that simple. Someday we hope that we will be able to replace rewards (upon verification of the achievement) but right now, we just cannot (not will not, cannot) do it. I am sorry.
