Ball lightning not considered anymore as Core Skill?

In patch 3.02 just deployed, Ball Lightning is not considered anymore a Core Skill whereas all other skills on the same node (Firewall, Blizzard, Meteor) are still Core. Why ?

BL build is broken now, Winterglass is useless and no benefit of + skills from Heir & Starless.

Edit : confirmed as unintended, reported to dev team, they are looking into it now.

Leaving an note here as well for the issues with Ball Lightning not being a Core Skill - we’re looking at (potentially early) next week for this to be fixed
