Hi all,

We want to acknowledge an issue players have been sharing regarding error messages while attempting to purchase Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred. We are investigating this issue now and aiming to have this resolved as soon as possible.

We have updates rolling out now, resolving most of the issues tied to ineligibility error messages. We’ll continue to monitor threads and posts, and appreciate everyone reaching out.
