Ran whole Helltide and found only 2 Goblins during Event

So, was able to find and kill 2 Goblins after running through the whole Helltide WT3 and they dropped a Treasure Bag. The Treasure Bag only had a few rares and one legendary. Does the event get better in WT4 because it kinda blows in WT3 atm?

The team is looking into these issues with goblin spawn and their loot drops.
