Bash Barb- Is it really nerfed?

Is bashbarb actually nerfed? I am seeing conflicting reports in the forums. If so, that is insanely demoralizing as a player who hopped back into D4 after so long and spent a lot of time on a cool and (dare i say) fun build.

Meanwhile, necro exists and remains untouched. If it is nerfed, its insane they nerfed it mid season and its not even the best build. Thoughts?

To clear this up, and put any uncertainty or rumors to rest, the Barbarian Bash is not changing, has not been reduced to additive, and will continue to play as it is now. The patch note was regarding a change that never went into the live game, and will not be.
