No progress transferred to PTR

I have 0 skill points, fog of war etc to redeem, it’s as if its my first time ever playing D4, nothing was transferred whatsoever to the PTR character

Have confirmed that the blog was inaccurate, and it has now been updated. Unlocking that progression takes boosting a character in the PTR, and does not carry over just by logging in.
