Let's push for an optional level cap

Paragon farmers will not be satisfied no matter the level and, apparently, they don’t care about the leaderboards. So let’s see if they can make it optional, pleasing most.
When creating a character, we should have the following options:

[ ] Hardcore
[ ] Seasonal
   [ ] SSF
      [ ] Isolated character
   [ ] Paragon ceiling (800)

This way we can have seasonal characters with and without a paragon cap but also SSF players with or without paragon cap.

Hey Jaylynne,

Appreciate the feedback - Each time a player dives deeper into the fissure the item % goes up and up (To a fairly healthy amount in higher Torment levels) and you’ll also be able to acquire a better % for overall time spent vs. quality (Ancient/Primal) of items within the portals.

The goal is to offset the feeling of low drop rates and hopefully get you those advantageous rolls on your gear.

If you get a chance to test it out and don’t feel this way let us know please!

Also, we’re still looking into feedback in terms of paragon cap as we go through this next week for PTR!
