With the recent launch of Season 25, we’ve been investigating issues that have surfaced with players in the Asia region. The issue involves previous season content and progress becoming accessible within Season 25, Patch 2.7.2, and this is not working as intended. This issue affects players who participate in seasonal activities, and we are aiming to resolve this region-specific issue.
Moving forward, our teams will be resetting the server soon. As a result of this resolution, the following will occur:
- Diablo III Services will temporarily go down to kick-off the seasonal restart.
- Items and progress will be transitioned via mail to non-seasonal content.
We appreciate your patience, and as this is an inconvenience for all players involved, our team will be incorporating an in-game buff for 20%+ experience gain for the next 24 hours. We will continue to monitor reports on the forums as well as in-game as we work towards this resolution. In terms of updates, our team will modify and add in any new information regarding the update via this forum post.
