da patch broke alot of stuff

1. Massive areas of missing textures on the old tristram road.
2. Cannot enter special areas like the Damp Cellar.
3. Cannot exit game at all. Had to use Alt+F4 to forcably quit the game.
4. Game overrides the task manager when trying to quit game.
5. Most game menu buttons do not work.
