RL name showing up in game client

Where is the privacy setting to keep my RL name completely out of the game client?

Having it show up as surprise with no notification in the patch notes makes me MORE likely to never want the product rather than trust that "oh that's just a bug". It's not just a bug. The technology shouldn't exist until and unless approved by the user BEFORE enabled.
