Constantly asking to create BattleTag on logi

When trying to login, a popup keeps on coming up saying a Battle.net identity is required. Upon clicking Continue, it directs me to the battle.net Account Management page, where it clearly shows that I have already created an identity!

It's possible that it's going to take a while from creating a BattleTag until the game recognizes you've created one.
