We are continuing to work on resolving an issue affecting the ability of players to be able to login to the Diablo III test servers. We anticipate that these will be available at approximately 3 p.m. PST and will provided further updates as needed. Thank you for testing.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In order to better troubleshoot the current login issues players have been experiencing over the last 48 hours, we've brought down the Diablo III test servers for the remainder of the night in order to perform urgent maintenance. We will provide a further update on Saturday, December 10 at approximately 12:00p.m. PST. We appreciate your patience while we work to address these issues.

Thanks for the update. It's been driving me CRAZY.

Hopefully we can kill it in as many ways possible so that it can't return as a more powerful being. We'll keep you up to date on the return of the beta tomorrow. Have a good night all!

Time updated. We'll let you know if it ends up being later, or even possibly sooner. :)

Thanks for bearing with us!

Just a quick aside, please refrain from further attacks on each other. We know you're all looking forward to get back in the game and kill some demons. Just don't take that out on each other in the meantime.

This is not frustration with not being able to play the game. This is more frustration with Blizzard Entertainment clearly not expecting these kind of server issues and being prepared for it. Remember, this is the largest and most successful MMO company in the world putting on a beta for a game franchise that is well known by many people. Having their test servers highly unstable and down for close to 4 days is bad publicity for them.

Keep in mind, it's beta still and there are a lot of working parts going on in the background. We're not trying to frustrate anyone. We're just trying to make sure that all the pieces are in place so that when the game launches, everyone can log in and begin fulfilling their destiny as the true heroes of Sanctuary.

Blizzard Entertainment is the largest and most successful MMO company in the world. It's the standard every other MMO company is trying to achieve.
Excuse me for having high expectations.

Noted, understood, and we plan to meet those expectations at every opportunity we can.

Again, I know everyone is not happy about the downtime, but please refrain from personal attacks toward each other. Opinions are just that, opinions. Everyone is welcome to their own whether you agree or disagree with them.

Well as frustrating as this is at least its not launch day and these problems, and when launch day does happen and its flawless, we can all pat our selves on the back for dealing with these issues before the release.

I think you all deserve the pat now. Thanks for sticking with us while we work through this all.

Sorry for the delay all. The post has been updated with the following-

For those experiencing the error message "Error 37", please try to login again at a future point in time. We are currently limiting the amount of testers that can login to the beta test and this error indicates that the servers have reached capacity.
