Just got in via OPT-in...seem's my setup updater keeps pausing around the 65-70% mark and no matter how many times I restart it doesn't seem to be getting any further than 70% updating...any tips on how to fix this?

Ashirok,

You might be running into the bug where your progress bar does not update.

I would let the Beta downloader sit for awhile. If no progress is made after ~30 minutes, let me know.
