Error_359000/295000/24000/24001 = Server Down

So far, all these error codes happened when server was down, meaning we cannot connect to the server. Either in your character screen, trying to create a game or while trying to log in your account in the D3 game.

You also might have been disconnected from the server prior to getting any of these codes;
