Found 4 Bugs, Videos inside

Ok, i found 4 bugs, i dont know if they are known.

1- The water sound is not fading but just turing on/off

2- A very weird buff bug

3- Some sounds from NPCs dont play. Some times it plays, another times it doesnt.

4- I play with subtitles ON. The subtitles keeps blinking.
