Auction House multiple clicks

I clicked to buy a couple fallen tooth and it showed nothing being sent nor the item purchased so I clicked it about 3 more times. The third time it showed the item purchased but then deducted 40 battle net dollars instead of the 8 it should have. I only got two of the item not 10 like I should have if I spend 40 dollars on it.
