Zeros popping over characters head

I read Deckard Cain's and Leah's journals in their respective rooms. While the text was going there was a green +0 that kept popping over my characters head. Monk starting A Shattered Crown.

Leaving the game (not the entire client) and re-entering fixed it.

I just recieved the beta last night and I noticed the same issue. it is definitely a product of the Regen gear proc'ing when you already have full life. the issue occurred right after I equipped a regen ring and continued to randomly occur after that until I un-equipped it for a different ring.
