1. The Blacksmith filter doesn't work properly, when you search for usable - rares are not included in this search. I'm pretty sure other items are also excluded.
2. While lagging, it is possible to switch items and for the wrong item to become destroyed because the items didn't switch. This is the only time I have ever destroyed an item I wanted to keep, as I upgraded a pair of boots and instead lost my upgraded pair.
3. Shadow power is sometimes grayed out while it is still usable, this can happen with a full discipline bar.
4. Once you get to the last floor of the Cathedral (After Cathedral 4), it is possible to hearth to town and take the way point in order to bypass the entire floor.
