AH Bug? Buying multiples

I was trying to buy multiple items today in the AH and when I did the buyout option the money was taken out of my account but the item never showed up as completed. This happened with a quantity of 10 and a quantity of 8 fallen tooths.

Perhaps the auction is hung in the system?
