Evasive Fire - Destroying Destructables

This is a constant issue I'm experience with Evasive Fire that annoys the hell out of me.

Sometimes (I'd say literally 20% of the time) when you're shooting destructables, such jars or barrels, the Evasive Fire "bullets" will hit right in front of the item you're trying to destory.

You can stand in the exact same spoint (usually I'm holding !@#$) and shoot at that on jay for 2-4 shots before it is destroyed. Nothing is in front of it, and no other skill seems to share this issue.

Annoying as hell.
