Completed the quest from Leah to go get her Uncle... got back to town and received ERROR_24000. Can't log back into game, keep getting the same error.

I also received this error as I was about to enter Cathedral Level 2 through the Ornate Door. I tried exit and start again and got the ERROR_395000 (There was an error loading your game account, please try again.)
