Server disconnect, unable to reconnect

I was disconnected from a private session toward the end of the first quest as I charged the queen mother. Upon attempting to re-create (continue) fromt he character screen; I was getting the ERROR_24000 code.

Quit the game, and upon trying to re-log, I get the following while authenticating:

Error loading game account #Error_39500.

Server down?
