Magical Item tooltip didn't display with rare

Hi,

I think I found a extremely uncommon bug. The tooltip for Picking up a Magical Item wasn't displayed when I picked up a rare item.

To be more specific, I picked up a rare before a blue item upon a new character created. The tooltip wasn't displayed for the rare, but the tooltip was displayed once I picked up a blue afterwards.

I'm guessing this wasn't considered because the chances of picking up a rare before a blue are almost unheard of.
