Items disappearing from shared stash

I had three spare rare crafted xbows (the craftable lvl 13 one handers) and wanted to sell them on the AH. When i went to post them, i noticed none of them showed up on the shared stash menu, so i refreshed the page (exiting and reentering) and one of them showed up. So i proceeded to post the one that came up (took about three tries for it to stick - got an error but i didn't write it down). The other two wouldn't show up on the AH shared stash menu, so i went in game on one of my characters to check if they're still there but they've disappeared. I checked my other characters, too, but they were nowhere to be found - they just disappeared =(
