Downloading Additional Content

I installed and just started playing the beta today. While playing through the game, I got up to the point where I rescued Deckard Cain. Immediately after that, when clicking to exit to the Garden, I got a loading screen that said "Downloading Additional Content", and remained there for several minutes. I closed the game and restarted it, and was able to click through to the Garden and continue playing just fine. However, now, almost any time I click into a new area I'm getting that same loading screen with the same message. In every case, simply restarting the game immediately allows me to continue the game just fine.

I am having the same issue. I also installed completely and am getting "downloading additional content" at the loading screen every time I enter a new area/cellar etc..
