bug report - date lost

first, i should say that sorry about my poor english, but I would like to report a bug of the game.

I borrowed my friend's beta account for this weekand, but I fund a problem when I played the game.

when I was paying the game, my game 'date' has been lost after the game show me the connection is disconnect, the progrss of the game has go back the start level, but I still have the same equipments and the same level of the hero.
