Thrill of the Hunt Buff

The tooltip for the thrill of the hunt buff isn't complete. It just says "Your next bow attack will immobilize the".

Do you have a screenshot? I just tried it (in Full Screen, Windowed as small as I could make it, and Full Screen Windowed modes) and the tooltip on mine is correct every time: "Your next bow attack will immobilize the target."

I wonder if there's some combination of skills and hotbar mapping that causes the issue?
Mine, on a lvl 11 DH:
1. Chakram, 2. Hungering Arrow, 3. Bola Shot, 4. Scroll of Companion, 5. Minor Health Potion
LMB = Hungering Arrow, RMB = Chakram
